Harcourt Road

5 Harcourt Road sits in the developing urban core where the suburban grain of Rathmines and South Circular Road meet the city. This impressive addition to the streetscape has delivered a sustainable Grade A commercial office building in Dublin city centre. We were specified by STW Architects on this high end commercial development and worked closely with both the design team and the client, Green Property REIT to provide a fire resistant glazed solution as part of the buildings overall fire protection strategy. There were some challenges involved in the project due to the size and nature of the glazing required. Our EI 120 rated solution met the glazing specification for the project which outlined a need for both integrity and insulation protection.
