Burlington House

Burlington House, located at the heart of Dublin 4 and surrounded by the mature trees which overhang the street, Burlington Road is a state-of-the-art HQ for Amazon who occupy the whole building. We were specified by Architects Henry J Lyons to provide a specialist fire rated glazed screen and door system on the interior of this new build project. We worked closely with the design team to create a modern, slim-framed solution to meet their specific requirements in terms of performance and aesthetics. We also provided both fire and non fire-rated steel security door systems for the ground floor core exits ie. the stairwells and street-facing exits, and within the basement and plant room areas. On the ground floor the requirement was primarily fire escape steel doorsets with integrated hardware along the perimeter of the building. Internally, we provided steel doors in the basement and plant room areas, specified for their fire-performance capabilities, strength and durability in heavy usage areas.
