We worked closely with MOLA Architecture who were appointed to deliver this impressive, mixed use development at Windmill Lane, Dublin Docklands. The project brings residential, commercial and retail elements together, comprising of 15No. apartments; 11,000sqm of Office space and 850sqm of retail space across a combination of six storey office and five storey residential buildings. We worked closely with the design team to provide a fire protection strategy through the use of slimline, modern glazed screens and doors in all lobby areas, providing fire protection for stairwells and lifts and enhancing the spread of light throughout each space. We also provided a full riser door package for this state of the art project, utilising the innovative Selo concealed frame riser door system to ensure minimal disruption to the overall design intent and aesthetic of the project. Selo riser door systems are designed to blend seamlessly in with the surrounding wall with only a minor shadow gap on view.
