For the exterior envelope of the building our emergency exit doors and associated panic hardware solutions can be integrated into the building management system to ensure the smooth and safe egress of building occupants in the event of a fire emergency.

Our glazed fire screens and doors are available with integrity-only (E) or integrity and insulation (EI) fire protection ratings, depending on your specific requirements. The casing and guide rails of the highly flexible systems blend almost invisibly into the building and allow plenty of scope for sophisticated architecture and open room concepts when not in use.

When closed, smoke protection curtains limit the passage of smoke during the phase of fire formation, to buy valuable time to rescue people and animals from the room behind the curtain and to recover material assets without the need for respiratory equipment in the event of a fire.
