Project Overview
Celebrating its 195th anniversary, Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel underwent a €40m refurbishment, joining Marriotts luxury Autograph Collection. The client in this instance was the hotel themselves (eg. Marriott Group) and as part of an overall refurbishment they wished to upgrade the bedroom locking systems in the prestigious city centre based hotel from a keycard magstripe system to a more technologically advanced and modern RFID (contactless) system with built-in bluetooth functions. This advanced system was integrated with the Marriott mobile app and enables guests to remotely check-in or utilise their mobile phones to access their bedrooms thanks to bluetooth technology.

Delivery Hub Athlone

HSE Acute Mental Health Treatment Centre
The design brief was to provide an anti-ligature handrail solution across the corridors of the centre as part of measures to reduce the risk of harm to vulnerable users. The handrails used have been specifically developed for use in mental health applications to aid in the prevention of self-harm and reduce the risk of ligatures.
Dublin Leisure Centre
Based on the needs of the facility we elected to use our Quantum speed gate which is the fastest open and close speed gate on the market capable of facilitating up to 55 persons passing per minute. This makes it the ideal solution for sites with high visitor flow rate.
