To support the building’s operational and compliance requirements, the project required an integrated solution combining entrance security, fire-rated glazing, door automation and architectural hardware.
Appointed for its product expertise and installation capability, KCC Group designed, supplied and installed a coordinated package spanning four specialist disciplines. Working closely with John Sisk & Son and the wider project team, KCC ensured every element integrated seamlessly with the building’s fire strategy, access requirements and architectural vision.
The development has since been selected as the future headquarters of Enterprise Ireland, reflecting the quality, sustainability and long-term performance expected from one of Dublin’s newest Grade A office buildings.
