Project Overview

Based in the Nano Nagle education campus Cork School of Architecture forms the permanent home for the architectural faculty of UCC / CIT in Cork city. The building forms part of the rejuvenation of the existing nano-nagle college. We worked with the design team from JCA in the design and specification of four bespoke movable walls. We fabricated and installed a bespoke tracking system to take the oversized panels which were manufactured by Parthos based on their Pallace 110s system and assembled and positioned on site. These now form the dividers between studio spaces and provide an exhibition area for students work. We also specified, supplied and installed the electronic locking system to tie in with the access control system for the building. We collaborated closely with the site team from PJ hegartys who were main contractor to complete this challenging install of bespoke products.
