Clancy Quay is an exemplary residential development by OMP Architects, John Paul Construction and Kennedy Wilson. It is located within a former barracks complex, and comprises 2 apartment buildings and contemporary terraced housing, along with the conservation and refurbishment of nine existing protected structures, formerly barracks buildings, to residential use. We provided a full ironmongery and door hardware package utilising our high end modus range to create a high quality, durable and aesthetically pleasing solution to tie in with the architects design intent.
