Modern, bright, automatic revolving door for pharma facility

This project involved the redevelopment of the PM1 building of Amgen Pharmaceutical in Dun Laoghaoire, Dublin involving refurbishment of the existing administration and laboratory facilities. Significant demolition and reconfiguration of internal layouts was required to facilitate the new layouts. Improvements were also made to the external walls and roof envelope within an operational pharmaceutical campus. The refurbished facility accommodates over 350 employees in modern, open plan and cellular offices, group work areas, meeting rooms, a town-hall style meeting area, a fitness centre and laboratories. We were awarded the contract by Collen Construction to provide a fully automatic 3-wing revolving door for the main entrance of the building to blend in with the modern, bright aesthetic the design team wanted to achieve throughout the building, starting with the main lobby area . We elected to use the Tormax classic small system based on the clients needs and security requirements.
