At KCC Group, we strive to continually improve our processes for the benefit of our valued customers, suppliers, stakeholders, and team members. As part of the commitment, we are proud to announce that after more than two year’s long migration and planning process, we are on schedule to go-live with the first phase of our new company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, KCC Suite, powered by Oracle’s NetSuite Secure Cloud Software, on the 1st of October 2022. The next phase will see the implementation and full integration of our new field services, project management and CRM modules.
With KCC Suite, all customer touch points, from scheduling to quote generation to project delivery are streamlined within a single system. This level of integration provides full visibility into customer, product, project and finance activity. While most of the changes resulting from this ERP upgrade will be invisible to our customers, much of the documentation produced from the system, such as quotes, order confirmations and invoices will have a new look.
We have taken extensive steps to ensure that KCC Suite transition is a success. This includes dedicating a team of internal and external experts to this project for more than a year and training of all our staff in the new system to ensure everyone is focused on a smooth transition. While any major software transition carries its challenges, we have invested significant time and effort to ensure that yiu experience little to no disruption in our ability to service your business.
There has been considerable effort from our members to make this upgrade of our business management solutions a reality and we are proud of the tremendous team we have at KCC.
