With this support, Tatiana pursued and successfully completed the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers Diploma in Scheduling, Ironmongery, and Access from June 2019 to June 2022.
After earning her certification, Tatiana was promoted to Specification Scheduler, and was also thrilled to become a GAI Community Hub Ambassador. Her dedication to learning and the commitment of KCC to her growth and advancement within the company, truly embody the ‘People Minded’ value that is central to KCC Group as an organisation.
