We also fabricate metal doors in our Dublin facility at our Head Office.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a result driven Sales Account Manager to join our NI sales team based out of our Belfast head office covering all parts of Northern Ireland. The role will involve dealing with both new and existing clients promoting the KCC brand and will require an ability to understand the needs of the client and best identify where KCC can provide an appropriate solution. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Duties & responsibilities

• Close and maximize sales opportunities in line with sales targets
• Following up calls with customers checking status of proposals
• Responsible for managing and updating quotations on the CRM system
• Hit and exceed sales targets set and agreed with Sales Director
• Prospect for potential new customers to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities which will lead to increase in sales
• Agree monthly and yearly targets and achieve same through existing client base whilst developing new revenue stream
• Build a strong working relationship with other team members to ensure the overall success of the business plan
• Follow up on monthly SLA’s with customers to obtain purchase orders
• Update and present monthly sales reporting templates
• Actively engage in the ongoing training provided
• Build strong relationships with your customers to maximize future opportunities for KCC Group
• Promoting, specifying and selling of the KCC product portfolio
• Ensure all sales are within the agreed margin
• Monitor and adapt to market trends

Essential requirements

• Previous experience within the construction industry
• Ability to work with architects and contractors
• Ability to deliver presentations comfortably
• Experience in Automatic Door and Access Control Systems would be advantageous however not essential as full training will be given
• Self-sufficiency and ability to work on own initiative with a drive to succeed
• Full clean UK driving license (required)
