We are currently recruiting for Service Technicians to join our Service Division. This is a permanent, full-time position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual servicing of the company&#8217;s range of offerings and repair \/ replacement of the same as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Attending emergency breakdown in a timely fashion and providing detailed report for the Estimator<\/li>\n<li>Site surveying &#8211; taking measurements and calculating the size and quantity of materials needed, through to submitting drawings for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing liaising with the service department to communicate progress on joins or any other issues as they arise<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with the client \/ contractor through ongoing communication and dialogue<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out work on other KCC portfolio products when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You should apply for this role if you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years&#8217; experience of working in an Electrical \/ Mechanical service role<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience of working with automatic doors and roller shutters is desirable<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage your time efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to accurately complete reports<\/li>\n<li>Approachable and helpful both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Clean driving license<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you think you would be suitable for this position please send your CV and covering letter to <strong>careers@thekccgroup.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/thekccgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/maintenance-hero-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Company KCC Group are a market leader in the provision of supply, installation, and service of the following products: Timber Doors, Steel Security Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls, Fire&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.4 -
